To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Phoebe! This little girl is going to make one lucky adopter very happy. Phoebe is a perfect companion, she’s funny, spunky and she has personality galore! From chasing her tail, to cuddling on the couch, to rolling around on her back acting silly, Phoebe is just the kind of dog to make you laugh.

Phoebe is currently fostered by a family with small dogs, big dogs and a cat. Phoebe gets along best with the big dogs and the cat. She can be a little bossy with the smaller dogs, however will ignore them if they ignore her. Even though she is on the smaller side at 14 pounds, Phoebe is very sturdy and active. She likes long walks, hikes and even some jogging. She rides well in the car and loves to go places. She also likes to sit and cuddle with you but does not mind being alone.

Phoebe is starting to learn a few basic commands and how to use the doggie door for her outside potty time. She is very smart and would do great in a doggie training class.
