Soleil was adopted from ARWOB almost eleven years ago and she's still going strong! Her adoptive mom share this update with us:
"We adopted Soleil in December 2013! She has been such a great cat. She has moved all over with us (husband is in the Navy). We got a Labrador mix in Florida and they were best friends, but he recently passed away. But now we have two small kids and Soleil looooves our older daughter. Like I said, she has been so wonderful and was the third member of our growing family!"
Bali was adopted in July 2024 and her adoptive dad shared this "pawsome" update about her:
Bali is doing amazing she is rather spoiled. LOL! So far we have been to dog beach and multiple dog parks in East County and downtown San Diego. Sometimes she stays downtown with Giuliana. She gets plenty of walks in due to how active Giuliana is on a daily basis. When she’s at my house we usually do Lindo Lake or walk around Lakeside if it’s not too hot. She is acclimated nicely. She still needs training as she still a puppy, but all in all she’s a great dog and we are so happy that we adopted her. Thank you for checking in.
Lilo was adopted in March 2024. Her adoptive mom just shared this nice "pupdate" with us. She is really enjoying life with her family!
"Life has been busy over the summer but I wanted to make sure to get back to you about Lilo. She is doing wonderful and has gotten so big. She quickly became the favorite with our son and is so great with both of our kids. She is very loving and sweet and everyone who meets her just falls in love. We are starting structured training in September although I have been doing basic training at home and she is slowly progressing. She truly is the best playmate we could have hoped for with out pup Penny. They are besties!"
Sweet Maggie (fka Magy) was originally adopted back in 2020. Unfortunately, her first adopter fell ill and had no choice but to ask ARWOB to take her back into our care in order to find her a loving forever home. Thankfully there is a happy ending to this story! In June 2024, Maggie found her forever home the second time around. We are so happy knowing she is living her best life with her new family. We can tell by the photos that Maggie is enjoying many new adventures -- check out her doggy hiking booties! Here is what her adoptive dad has to say about her:
"My partner Letty and I have loved having Maggie in our lives (we changed the spelling) . She is so loving and I think she realizes that she has her forever home. We love her more than anything."
Mitzy (fka Polly) and Pico (fka Ponny) were adopted together as kittens in September 2019. Their family shared some cute photos of them with us and provided a nice update about them:
"They are our princesses. The pure joy these girls bring into our household is immeasurable. They are spoiled and they deserve it."
