To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Patrick! Patrick came to ARWOB along with 8 other poodle mix dogs. The dogs were relinquished in Tijuana and ARWOB stepped in to rescue the entire group.

Here is what Patrick’s foster mom has to say about him: “Patrick is a clown who loves his bestie Patricia or any new dog friend who joins his pack, large or small. He can be shy with humans, but is starting to break out of his shell. Like a busy kid, he doesn’t always make time for cuddles but when he does the love is sweet and real. A true athlete, Patrick likes running around catching balls, followed up with chilling on the couch and a nap. He is house trained, good on a leash, and rarely barks. Looking for a perfect pair? Patricia and Patrick are bosom buddies. Patrick would also make a great second dog for families who just needs one new fur baby. Patrick brings great joy to those around him. He’s a happy little gentleman.”
