McIntosh was adopted in December 2023. His adoptive mom recently shared his progress with us. She told us that she has been working with a trainer, which we know will help Mac be the best he can be. She has told us he is maturing without losing any of his spunk and has filled out quite a bit. They are both adapting to every moment. She even shared his DNA profile and he has quite the mix, including American Pit Bull Terrier (38%), Supermutt (35.6%), German Shepherd (5.4%), Pug (9.1%), and Belgian Malinois (7.9%).
Asher (fka Archer) was adopted in December 2023. He is living his best life with his feline and canine siblings! Here is what his adoptive mom has to say about him:
"Thank you for reaching out! Archer has been renamed to Asher (meaning happiness) and he is truly living up to that name! He is a talkative, playful, and is a very easy going little kitty! He purrs immediately when you pet him and is settling in well with the other fur babies. Asher and our other cat, Tux, have a fun time playing, but Tux is still adjusting to having a brother at times. Our dog, Boone, and Asher are getting along well too!"
Enzo (fka Brain) was adopted in December 2023. We received a very nice "pupdate" about this little guy. He's living his best life!
"Brain is now named Enzo and is as adorable as possible. He has grown some and loves his new brother Bowie (3 yr old 36 pounder) and sister Moon (8 yr old 18 pounder). He plays up a storm all day and loves our beach walks the most. Our plan is to get him into training sessions in February."
Josie was adopted in October 2023 and she is living a great life with her new family. Her adoptive mom provided this nice "pupdate" about her:
"Josie is such a wonderful addition to our family. She gets along with everyone and has such a sweet, fun spirit. She even does great with my grandson who has autism… they constantly play together. Josie is doing great letting us know when she has to go potty and she can sit on command. She is really close to my son, and this is him holding her and the other picture is of Josie watching him leave the house. She has been good for my older dog and he’s become more playful."
Oreo (fka Hallie) was adopted in October 2023. She is enjoying life with her new family! We received this lovely "pupdate" and as you can see, she is living the good life.
"Hallie, or Oreo as we now call her, is doing well. She is really a sweet dog. She likes playing in the yard with her toys and going for walks to see dog friends. We like to take her hiking with us. She tries to play with our three indoor cats, but they aren't quite as excited as she is! :-) We did go to a dog trainer for a few sessions."
