To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Marina! This princess is guaranteed to put a smile on your face!

Marina is an adorable mini pit. Although, she also looks like a Visla. She is already full grown and small in stature which makes her perfect for a apartment living as long as the adopter is an active person. Great with dogs, cats, children.

Marina is the definition of agile. She can actually jump a 6 foot fence if she gaines enough speed and wants to jump it (talk to her foster mom about THAT story! ha ha)

Marina is a calm dog in the house and in her crate. She is very active outdoors, runnin around yard or anything that is outdoors. She can absolutely use a foster family or an adopter who would like to do basic obedience training. She is VERY food motivated and will learn quickly, her current foster has more foster dogs and with a hectic schedule is almost impossible to do a one on one. BUT marina is a great dog with an amazing personality. She can be shy sometimes, but mildly until she gets to know the new people. She certainly feels more comfortable around children and women, some men she can be head shy around. She does great on car rides. Not a big barker at all. Great with all dogs and cats, although bossy dogs she will try to get away from but if they try to initiate something with her she will hold her ground, if someone wants to play she is all about it. She is certainly more interested in human companionship and loves to be with humans. If you are looking for a great companion to go on adventures this petite girl is the one for you and your family!
