Meet Rocky!
As of 2/22 this sweet boy is 38 pounds and already full grown.
Rocky is such a goofy and LOVING personality dude. He was found as a stray in Ensenada in january 2024. He was only 30 pounds when rescued but we are happy to report he has put on a healthy weight and muscle tone. Rocky has smaller paws and is definitely a SUPER MUTT. Because of his jowls we think he is likely a pit mix (which kind, not sure) but likely has many other breeds in him some of which make him be in the smaller/med size. He has a large scar on the top of his hip/tail base which seems likely he had some trauma in the past. He is a very loving happy boy and so far has done great on dog introductions and plays well with the other arwob dogs. He has not been cat tested. He does well in his crate and sleeps soundly through the night.
Rocky is currently boarding at the vet clinic for lack of foster parents, if you'd like to help Rocky or perhaps get to know him before adopting him please submit the adoption application and inquire about fostering this boy first. We would love to secure a foster for him before friday 3/8 when he has been neutered and ready.
Borneo is available for adoption NOW but is scheduled to be neutered until Monday 3/4/24 in the 92104. We will only consider applications for him who are LOCAL to San Diego if looking to adopt before the sterilization appointment, we will accept applications from outside San Diego once he has been sterilized. Thank you
